Oil and Gas industry is taking advantage of close political ties to Bush.

EPA has exempted oil and gas from the EPA rule requiring them to dispose of pollutants on site. Article in New Yoork Times today.

EPA grants "special rights" to oil and gas industry because of its close political ties to Bush. The country is too distracted by Iraq to notice.
