Hi Mark,

I like having him (Al Rosen) on our side <g>. Thanks for the report on the hearing.

While Wall Street is being investigated and exposed for the excesses of the Enron / Dot com era, Bay Street gets off scot free and the OSC busies itself investigating a company because it's accounting is too conservative. Sigh.

Rosen was there? Interesting. Yes I have heard of him...I was in his class.

Incidentally, Rosen was the one who recently criticized the school trustees for not balancing their budgets.

He has been arguing for years that GAAP is meaningless as the accounting rules provide management with ammunition to mask poor operating performance.

One of the people (Dr. Al Rosen) who was there to argue DMX's point was:

Can you elaborate on this? I am very much interested in what he had to say?
