He's also using the money to build more palaces. I believe he's up to 29 now. One complex had a lake and 256 guest houses. One article listed 10,000 bottles of booze, 244,000 cans of beer and 300 bottles of wine a month being consumed per month in the palaces. Since Muslims can't drink alcohol by religion they must have a few really drunk Jews in the palaces.
