Yes, I can. The Geneva Convention on the treatment of prisoners of war. There is nothing vague about it.

The conservatives ridiculed Clinton, when he did his "what is the definition of "is"" sophistry. His transparent attempts to re-define words, and wriggle out of any legal accountability, destroyed his credibility. Everyone understood, he was really saying, "I am above the rules, nobody can touch me."

And now, the people who ridiculed Clinton, are using the exact same sophistry, to get out of following the rules they find inconvenient.

Ironic.
