Saddam may be a tyrant, but he is Iraq's tyrant. He will not live forever.

If Saddam is kept under wraps by a UN inspection team, what is the problem?

Germany and Japan have no military and that is going on 58 years since the last war.

That begs the question: Is the US and Isra'El the only two countries who will have the privilege of having nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction?
