You can call it nutty, but that doesn't make it nutty. What is nutty, anyhow.

To me, it's nutty to believe that this solid earth I am looking at outside my window is supposedly whizzing through the void at thousands of miles an hour. For me, that takes much more suspension of disbelief than does believing that prayer can heal people. At least in the latter case, it doesn't absolutely violate the clear message of my senses. But my senses say clearly that this ground is standing perfectly still. And you want me to believe that my senses lie to me and I and the earth are careening through some etheral space at mind bogglling speeds?

Now THAT'S nutty.
