Nawwww. No petty rogue state would ever threaten to launch on the US. Right? One of the most interesting things about all this Iraq an NK business is that there is so little mention of the Cuban missile crisis. A country which was hardly able to feed their citizens was, nevertheless, able to place those missiles in Cuba. A nuclear Joe Stalin in this day and age would have looked into arranging some sort of a delivery system… he would use mules (or camels) if he had to. edit: gwu.edu
