AS,
re:what do you know about Kerry's religion?

He is a politician that claims to be an Irish Catholic who is pro-abortion and is a Ted Kennedy clone.

That's enough religion for me to stay as far away from him as I can. And continue to point out that you have been deceived by him just as you were with Clinton.

Steve

Well skank, you falsely accuse me. It's you reading comprehension again. And every time you post ranting about the President has sold out to something or other you are criticizing his integrity and that and his religion are directly linked. That's is just your stupidity shining forth, the fact that you donot see the connection.

It is said that Kerry is a Catholic, I have no reason to not believe that. But Kerry as far as I know is pro the murder of children by tearing them apart early in their life. That is contrary to everything that is Catholic in the perspective of the teaching of Our Lord. Children not yet born are innocent and consciously killing them is evil.
It is up to Mr. Kerry to resolve this conflict with God. I cannot comprehend any rationale to resolve this black and white conflict of principle and morality.

War on the otherhand is far more complex moral issue.

The Pope is against all war. The Pope would have been 100% against the American Revolution. There are several percent of the people in the world who agree with the Pope and are against all war. None of them however, are against President Bush.

In the Catholic religion a justification of War was put forth by St Thomas Aquinas. In any case on any issue every individual must make a personal decision.

The Christian cannot rely on feelings, unfounded opinions, or sentiments. The Christian is obliged to become fully informed of as many facts as possible and to place the fact in the light of Christian moral principles; then come to a decision after prayer and meditation. Once a decision is made, the Christian is obliged to follow through.

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH is acting in this way.

And it does not matter what % of folks are against PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH and use the Iraq War as another avenue to attack PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH.

I haven't seen Kerry's wife being slandered, but if she has, it shouldn't surprise democrats that continually promote the hate rich people mentality.
