I would only sell WTZ down to 5-6% of the portfolio. Based on today's prices I would tend to keep it in PM and reallocate to IVN, WHT, a little more GBU, start a position in MNG, add more GBG at my .98 price a little lower. Those could all be 3% holdings in theory.

I think you should, I wouldn't be dependant totally on PMs. Lately the emerging action has been in energy. You could easily see a strong rotation into defense, even as gold faded for awhile. Don't think they necessarily track together.
