Excellent post. The unintended ramification is a definite possibility and could be disastrous. The intent of controlling the world's economy by this means would be short lived and it would mean subjugation of the rest of the world and force them to abject living condition and to make them subservient to Americans and its way of life. It is opposite to dreams and goals of global prosperity. It will fail because it is contrary to human desires and spirits.
