Yeah Joan the crooks making the laws are voting to not put themselves
away (or give themselves term limits) - hey, it's good to be king! Wasn't
it interesting that Rubin winds up at CITI, whose merger with Traveler's was
being put together while it was illegal under Glass-Steagall that was still in
effect? How could they possibly know a repeal was coming g/ng? Also
interesting that merger is one of the only recent mergers where the stock
price stayed up. Forget Charmin, gotta love that Goldman "squeezability".
I have an interesting article on big merger stats from like 6 mths ago I'll try
to dig up. But of course the current environment & therefore it's solution,
is all 9/11 related - ignore.
