David Re...What really irritates me is there doesn't seem to be anyone who will really challenge the guy on some of his outrageous statements.

That is because Maher does exactly what Donahue and Matthews do. It doesn't matter about the strenght of the argument, it just depends on the strength of your voice when you say it. In other words, if you yell loud enough, and drown out dissent, only your voice will get heard.
