Tim Re..True but Paris only was threatened so quickly because of the incompetence of the senior French officers And France's reputation lives on. Friday it was reported, Iraq was rearming with French parts and arms. Today it was reported that those same troops gave themselves up, in Kuwait, even before the war started. Who would have guessed, French arms would cause them to do that. Usually, France waited until after the war started to give themselves up.
