Perhaps. But I suspect the administration may have determined that NK is going to "act up" about as soon as we get definitively engaged in Iraq.

NK is a very difficult problem; much more than Iraq. I believe Iraq will be virtually handled over the next 60 days, but NK is going to be around as a problem for a while.
