You obviously don't know the difference between tax evasion and tax avoidance, two entirely different legal principles. I seriously doubt there is significant tax evasion in the context you recommend.

If you want to deal with tax avoidance a president has nothing to do with it; contact your congressperson.

Legal tax avoidence by American companies, illegal tax evasion, and Bush going to war so that he can benefit finacially from Iraqi oil are three different issues. Please try to debate at least one of them logically.
