Re:<<Wrong Mike, my analysis of this has been dead on all along...>>

If that is the case mad2, when did you indicate that MTXX would reach record sales revenue by 2003?

Re:<<Don't blame MTXX problems on a bear market or shorts.>>

Baloney, Mad2. Both things had plenty to do with the injury of any number of small capitalized companies to include MTXX. To suggest otherwise is putting a blind eye to history. Plenty of companies lost their opportunity to adequately capitalize because they were singled out by bullies willing to hammer them simply because they could.

You yourself said that MTXX was undercapitalized:

<<don't forget that GUMM's finnancial's (sic) are poor, with a price to book ratio of 16 and a price to sales of 14 and it isn't making money yet. I would venture a guess that GUMM will be lining up a private placement (terms, dilution, amount??) as they are undercapitalized. >>

Dead on? Interestingly they were able to improve "financials" without private placements. They got rid of the money losing proposition and grew revenues. The price to book and price to sales are significantly better than they were three years ago because book value and revenues have improved as well as because the price is down as it is with practically every company on the NAZ.

Re:<<IF (it's not a forgone(sic) conclusion) Zicam becomes a success what will it cost to create the sucess (sic) (ads, shelf placement costs, receivables, inventory), what will GUMM get for this (gross margin and profit) and how long will it take? >>

MTXX has dealt with every one of those issues and has now reported an annual profit. Moreover despite the bear, still has a stock price that has outperformed most of the companies on the NAZ the past three years. Moreover, they have negligible debt and adequate cash on hand to continue to grow their business.

Re:<<Mike, my only problem with the statement "this discussion should end" is that you, Dan and everyone else that has promoted GUMM/MTXX as a investment have been dead wronge.(sic)>>

That's a canard mad2. I don't promote this company as an investment. I argue for its right to operate as a business. I have never cared whether you or any other bozo wanted to invest your money. I am adamantly opposed to company bashing, to "fraud" accusations and to name calling.
