The founding fathers knew too well what right and wrong is. Character does matter and I don't know why the liberal left like you want to destroy the constitution.

Is it your "if it feels good do it" mind set?

Or is it "if I don't get caught, it isn't illegal"?

The amendment process is too unwieldy for every nuance of law that needs modifying. Logic should tell you that.

Not every nuance needs an amendment. The constitution does not lay down every specific law. It only lays down the areas where the government should have power and the general nature of that power, and the limits on it. These things SHOULD be hard to change.
