You're right about prison costs, etc. It got to a point where California was spending more money on prisons than they were schools. Ain't that freedom for a land priding itself on liberty, and is presumably supportive of education.

There's only one problem with my plan, Patricia. The simple fact that it's probably the right thing to do. Thus, they'll never do it--lol!
