What has Iraq done in the past 12 years?

When he attacked Kuwait, the American government gave him the green light, just as they did when he fought with the Iranians.

Destabilization plays into the hands of American interests because it gives us a window to change the leadership to our oil advantage.

It does not hurt Isra'El's interests either.
