That's what I think. They were looking for an opportunity to withdraw their $13 target, so they came up with this in spite of the company's accelerating fundamentals. Did you see service margins now over 50%? I was amazed by this downgrade based on hypotheticals. Weisel Partners has tremendous influence among emerging growth managers, though.
