Someone else is directing their policy. No way fluff-head is coming up with all this through the haze of Haldol. Frankly, it's pretty brilliant. Push hard while we're preoccupied to see where we truly stand. I expect we will concede to NK becoming a nuclear power...the genie is too far out of the bottle.
