I am using SI's charts. Perhaps they compute RSI differently then what you are using. To view SI's version go here: siliconinvestor.com

Click on the Charts link.

At the bottom of the chart there is a "customize" option. Click on it.

On the next screen select "edit" next to one of the current templates.

This takes you into a screen where you can customize the parameters for each indicator SI uses for that particular template. Find RSI and set it to 3. At the top of this page you can select which time period and indicators show for this particular template. Set it up for weekly.

Near the bottom of this page is a box to name this template and to save it.

see if SI matches the one you are using. I am not saying SI's are computed correctly, just curious as to the difference.
