Sometimes international institutions do not work very well.
At such times some country has to take a lead towards action. One may not like Bush and his policies, neither may one agree with them, but one has to face reality - not many want to tackle the issue, someone is stepping forward.
"No pain, no gain" is the way the world operates today, like it or not.

The UN had its chance to get rid of Saddam for 12 years. Now Bush is going to push him out. Once Saddam is gone we face the aftermath. Bush, Blair, Chirac, and their cronies lead democracies and will come up for re-election. I just read about a potential new presidential candidate in the U.S. who might be attractive to some folks...
