Would this be the kind of smoking gun that turned out to be a plagiarized student paper or the one that UN says is just a counterfeit copy designed to justify the invasion? It's either in the Blix report or it's not. The report is declassified so it won't be hard to tell. The counterfeit document story is quite bothersome but I don't think the full story is out yet. I follow the plagerized 'student' report in quite a bit of detail. It was inexcusably sloppy but not at all what the press made it out to be. Paul
