For those of us who believed the 1994 NK treaty, and the 1994 Iraq resolution 'might work', and then to have the 1999 Foreign Affairs report on NK by William Perry, the 1999 Report to the US House re NK and see that they were not in compliance with the treaty, even then....then Iraq we find hasn't been in compliance EVER with the 1994 UN resolution that he signed...

It would certainly be a wonderful day if the world's countries would just keep their word, not murder their citizens, and not take territory that wasn't theirs.

It's going to take some major work to convince anyone that ANY Country will keep their word. IMO, of course.
