Don't be shocked........Bush admin lied!!!

Not So Intelligent U.S. Intelligence
Posted by Lakshmi on March 8, 2003 @ 5:18PM

Both Hans Blix and Mohammed ElBaradei politely suggested in their reports that at least some of the allegations made by the Bush administration regarding Iraq's WMD have not panned out.

The most embarrasing moment for U.S. intelligence came when ElBaradei declared that documents provided by the United States suggesting that the African country of Niger sold uranium to Iraq between 1999 and 2001 were faked.

Exacerbating that revelation is Democratic Senator Carl Levin's suggestion that Washington has deliberately witheld information on suspected Iraqi weapons sites in order to sabotage UN inspectors. These controversies can only damage Bush's already flimsy case for war since they suggest, at best, that the Bushies are willing to lie by ommission to attack Iraq, or at worst, their argument for a war on Iraq is based on misinformation.
