I mentioned this move by the Dems the other day, and thought it was a bad one. I think the Repubs will be able to effectively remind voters about this ploy. WSJ.com

I can't find an author for this screed, so I assume it's standard WSJ editorial stuff. And, as usual, they consider the best form of argument is to equate criticism of the present administration with the position of whichever country they consider to be an enemy at the moment. Now it's France. Who knows which country will be next.

I sometimes wish their investigative journalistic staff were as bad as the editorial page, then I could trash my sub. But, unfortunately, the investigative folk are just about the best in the business.
