I think you are right about the low's. I have been reading in a number of well respected pubs like Barron's that a rally is expected as soon as we begin any military action. However, I don't understand how we manage and reconstruct a country the size of Iraq with 250,000 troops. Some are playing a contrarian viewpoint and just shorting this market. I have the QQQ Puts that I have been buying and selling but I am hoping that I am not holding them if and when the US decides to move.

Buffett said there was nothing to buy all through the 90s.

He really isn't too visionary when it comes to emerging growth, he looks for really cheap value. Not that there is anything wrong with that strategy but it is what it is. Buffett never bought Oracle when it was in the single digits in the early 90s either, I doubt he will be interested in any tech stock no matter how cheap it gets.
