Florida Secretary Of State controls the voter rolls. The fraud wasn't in the counting (though that was flawed too, as was the re-counting) so much as the lists of eligable voters themselves.

Tens of thousands of eligable voters were denied their right to vote by Jeb and Harris, including ministers, veterans, school teachers, etc. Why? Because the Jeb-harris GOP consulting firm hired to cut the voter rolls used intentionally flawed logic, that is, cutting anyone who's name and birth date was similar to any out of state convicted felon WITHOUT checking if it was the same person.
Even though state law does not disallow out of state convicted felons from voting.

Therefore, a Reverend Ronald Smith with a similar birthdate as a Ronald Smith ex-felon from Texas would not be allowed to vote. Sounds like a small thing except the number is 57,700 total, 8,000 alone from Texas similar names (GW's Texas office helped do that), and thousands of Gore voters were as a result not allowed to vote.

The consulting company admitted this "mistake" but only well after Bush was in power. Read gregpalast.com and educate yourself. 90,000 were taken off for the McBride race but the race was not close enough for this to make a difference. However it DID decide the presidency.
