Hey don't get me wrong, I liked the article. I was just pointing out the same sort of article on Saddam is ignored or belittled by those against military action on Iraq.

"You cite "But Saddam tortures Iraqis!" to support your case to invade Iraq. That is a very weak justification"

I'm sorry if I've led you to believe that one instance of torture is justification for going to war, it is not. It is the endless litany of stories of torture, rape, murder, disappearances, genocide, the tales of refugee suffering, the support of refugees for Saddam's ouster, the long line of Iraqi scientist quaking in their seats (which you are unable to understand why) as they await meeting inspectors, the money Saddam lavishes on the PA for its terror tactics, his ability to inflame others to violent action are all the reasons I believe he should get the boot. The middle east will be a better place for it, and so will the U.S. efforts against terror be improved.
