When the defendants could not find stock to borrow and sell "short" or to "cover" their "short positions," the indictment alleges they engaged in extortion of other brokers in order to obtain the stock using their stated relationship to the "mafia" and also using threats to commit bodily harm.

BTW will you and that site be issuing a public apology to asensio for falsely accusing him

I've never falsely accused Asensio of anything. I post the information from his trials located on the site and the speculations. As for the website, I have no affiliation other than enjoying seeing the court documents and hedge fund tactics revealed.

We know Asensio is not involved in this type of activity of borrowing shares without guaranteeing return. That's in the Lowry report. I see no need to apologize to someone who uses the tactics well document on that site, whether he's realityman3 or not.
