Nice to see the NY Times' chief foe of the Death Penalty and justice in America has something to write about again. Perhaps he didn't read the lengthy 5th Circuit decision which re-instated the DP for this certain murderer. Think he called the parents of this 16-year-old child... pomc.com whom Banks shot in the back of the head and between the eyes? It was a hate crime, but took 23 years for justice. Why? We need to fix the flaws in our capital punishment system.

Crime Statistics for 2002 are out this morning. Still too many murderers not being executed. fbi.gov fbi.gov Rid the planet of murdering vermin and those murder rates will come down.
