THe health care system as it exists today was molded and formed by 50 years of State and Federal policy. I can't tell you exactly how to reform the industry, but I can tell you MORE government intervention will inevitably make things worse.

If Republicans want Tort Reform, just go ahead and enact it. Remember, they won the election and are in charge so they can do anything they want.
