Katie Light said that she informed Mall Security of customers wearing an "anti-war" T-shirt stating "Peace on Earth" who were involved in a verbal dispute with "another group of individuals".

Was this "other group of individuals" asked to leave??

Mr. Williams said they would be allowed to stay but when they stated they would "continue shopping" he availed himself of a police officer and demanded they leave.

In my opinion (without reference to other details), the charging and removal of the 2 T-shirt wearers (while protecting the free speech of the "other group of individuals") shows a decided bias--and a disrepect for equal rights of expression--ergo, the CONSTITUTION.
