APA, EOG and XTO are all trading into price resistance levels. Each pulled back some into the close. This is where the fundamentals either push these companies through resistance and break out to new highs, or we are going to see these companies and the XNG come back down to support levels, in my opinion.

If these companies can break out in the next day or two with above average volume, this will help confirm all the bullish arguments we've seen for natural gas.

The technical indicators are "suggesting" that the support scenario is more likely. This could change quickly though.

The OSX continues to be weak, as my indicators have shown for a while. The indicators that measure the intermediate term trend is also "suggesting" further downside with the OSX. With intermediate term indicators confirming short term indicators, prudence dictates that those who have profits should be sure to "guard" those profits in the next couple of days.
