Once again, your analogy doesn't fly. That's why the Bush administration has not used it......K. Rove knew better.

Of course, that one is much harder to pin down. Its what disturbs me most about this administration......they are not above suggesting innuendo to get what they want. When called on it, they are famous for pointing out it was always innuendo and never stated as fact.

All it takes is a small whisper to get a stampede going in a crowded theater or a club as we saw in the Chicago fiasco. That's what makes me think that Saddam has become an obsession for this administration. They are not above planting whispers.
