You're right, its complete junk, you trade in this stock? Interesting. I refused, as it is really a game of 3-card monte. There has been declared default on it and a voluntary restructuring proposal has been made.

Sniffing around in bombed out biotechs and others (a la LJPC, FHRX MCS, VWPT ) a bit, but still a few days early.
