Huh? H. Thomas is not a reporter? I don't know much about her but I am pretty certain she's a journalist of long standing Well, I'm "pretty sure" you're wrong. She is not a reporter, she is a columnist. She has not been a reporter for some time. She is afforded a seat in the press room only as a courtesy. I understand she has been a journalist for over 50 years......that would seem to be one of longstanding. After all, that's more years than you've been on this planet. And even if she is a columnist, then is appropriate to ignore her when she sits with the press in a press conference? But Ms. Thomas is not the real issue......why is it that this president can't do what all the rest have down as far back as I can remember which is to take questions from the floor? Predetermining who can ask questions and who can't........isn't that a form of censorship? ted
