it could just be that there are no retailers buying so we don't see a normal mix of institutional and retail transactions.

But I am operating under the philosophy of "you've got to know when to throw away the old preconceived notions".

I don't think that an exceedingly high trin is necessarily a buy signal like it was in the old days.
