Well of course, the really wealthy ( and congressmen ) will always get the first rate care. But if they get >90% trapped in a government system the socialists will be happy. Despite the demogoguery, the socialists really don't care about the rich. Heck, a lot of them ARE rich.

I think we will end up with a two tiered system where the poor will have access to some form of socialized medicine and the wealthy will still use private providers.
