Hours before that decision and it was weekend (I think) I wrote that the Florida decision would not stand and would be over-ruled by USSC. Stratagem is about forward thinking and analysis that is what we try to do and help each other out to grasp an appreciate the intricacies of the complex global relationships, if the above comes true that will beat my US Supreme Court forecast. Powell and Secretary for Economic Affairs Division, Dr. Waqar Masood Khan signed letters of agreement Wednesday to provide $ 30 million to assist Pakistan in three U.S-funded law enforcement projects, said a press report. The three US-funded projects are the FATA law enforcement project, the Criminal Information Database, and the law enforcement reform project, which are aimed to improve the overall law and order situation in Pakistan.
