skin, thanks for the charts and explanation I missed the divergence you observed because I was looking at only the most recent action. I can see how the divergence after the MACD low near 1/27 could have been used to portend the rise around 2/13, but as for right now the aspect than concerns me most on your chart is the recent trendline break on the single-line MACD from the January low, which seems to indicate lower prices immediately ahead. If the histogram rises above zero within the next week though, I might change my mind. Those are some very well explained resources: I'm going to bookmark the one from Common Sense Commodities.
