Ok, so taking out Saddam is a black and white issue.

I think we are ruining the economy with the delay for the diplomacy to play out. If we went alone, it would probably have been over by now. The delay and anticipation is killing the economy. And based on the front page of tomorrow's Washington Post, March 17 may not really be the deadline ...

Strategically this is just not the right time to take on Saddam..

I think strategy is either taking Saddam out or leave him there. When it comes to timing, it is tactics. On this I agree. Our timing could have been different, and tactics in going about it could have been different.
