A "God" defined as the laws of the universe would probably be a "God" I could "believe" in- but that wouldn't make me religious in most people's sense of the word, and I doubt it would be "religious" in your sense of the word.

It is tempting to call things feeble when dealing with them is difficult, but give it a try. Tell me how Einstein's "rules of the universe/you can call it God" is similar to a deity typical of the salvation religions.
