I'd think you're wrong on that count, but regardless, that flag strikes fear in the hearts of many, many people in our own country.

Well, apparently I buck the trend.

I have no problem with imposing certain values or trying to suppress others... slavery and racism are values that shouldn't be tolerated.

On the same note, I also take issue with the recent rise in "hero worship" of Stalin in Russia.

Huh? The confederate flag stood for civil disobedience to the Republic, secession and slavery. What part of "this should not be a symbol of pride and heritage" do you not get? And you call liberals unpatriotic. I love it!
