So what? Before 9/11 I thought the position papers of Kristol, Kagan, et al were fanciful and dangerous. I no longer think that. Events can change a person's mind, even a president.

Hello S2,

This PNAC paper business is not news and has been beaten to death both here and elsewhere (most recently as last week on Nightline which explored the path by which a paper written by a small group had managed to change American Foreign Policy).
