You see, Nixon stated that she is quite glad about that Saxe "prevented" all attempts to sell out the company, or technology - thereby protecting it (see siliconinvestor.com.
She also said that the model REFR shareholder is not the typical shareholder [*]. Sounds to me like the religious type we experienced in CCSI, et al.
In any way, quite a masochistic attitude,,....investing 101 does not apply.
