In other words, if the mother would have been fast enough, and killed the child before its head came out of the womb,thereby performing a partial birth abortion, then it would have been okay. How humane. And if Gw goes fast enough, and aborts Saddam fast enough, then it will be okay with you?

We're not talking about that. And besides, neither the Constitution nor the Roe vs. Wade decision ever brought up that issue.

We're talking about the "right to privacy" and how it applies to murder. Why is killing the unborn protected under the "right to privacy," but not killing the recently born?
