This is faulty reasoning:

1. Some anti-war leaders are communists
2. Because of this, the entire anti-war effort is
discredited, as a communist/socialist plot.

Just because some anti-war people are communist, or
socialist, does not mean that the broad movement does
not have valid points.

Look, Ron Paul, the far-right Congressman in Texas, is
against the Iraq war from what I have read. Does that
make him a communist? This does not make sense.
