Well, it seems Bushies are still struggling to get the 9 votes to do the political damage control and make the war seem "just", even though they have decided to invade Iraq with or without UN.

By the usual means of threatening or bribery or both, let's see if they'll get it.

my guess is that Bush wants it on record which countries were opposed.

After the war, he will use that to build new alliances.

On Fox I saw a spot about a new bomb that will fry all the electronics. During the war I think there will be some surprises that is going to make Daschle, France, and
those have predicted high civilian deaths very incorrect
in there assessments.
